| The mold is a three-plates mold with a size of 350mm (L) x 450mm (W) x 446mm (H). It has a net weight of 425kg and is built on a DAI3045 70120100 mold base. The mold follows the LKM standard and features 5 slides and 7 lifters. It is designed for an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 140T. The tool life of the mold is expected to be 500,000 shots. |
