| This mold is a three-plates mold with a size of 350x450x446mm. It is built on a DAI3045 70120100 mold base and follows the LKM standard. The unique feature of this mold is its self-degating mechanism, which eliminates the need for obvious gates and enhances the aesthetic appearance of the molded parts. It is equipped with 5 slides and 7 lifters, strategically placed for easy demolding. The tool life of this mold is 500k shots, ensuring durability and longevity. |
