The mold was developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing. It is made of high-quality
steel, with consideration of cost control, molding quality optimization and production capacity,
being a set of mold with high cost performance. The mold adopts side gate and mature
manufacturing process. A surface polished to SPI-A1, and the inner surface EDM with
VDI21# (Makino). Harden the cavity and core with 1*4/S136 to improve the hardness and
anti-wearing performance. The part has clear details. The tool life is up to 500k shots and fits
110T machine.
