| This product utilizes a standard mold base (CI2025.507070) adhering to the LKM standard. The mold has dimensions of [L] 250mm, [W] 250mm, and [H] 251mm. It has a weight of 102 kg and requires a 100T injection molding machine (IMM) tonnage. The gate used is a cashew gate, which is suitable for TPEE material with good toughness and allows for self-degating. |
| This product utilizes a cold runner system for injection/runner type. It is a two-plate mold with a simple structure and easy operation, meeting the requirements of automatic demolding. The mold is designed to minimize failures, have a long tool life, short cycle time, and low cost. The injection part is made of TPEE material and has a weight of 0.01g. The part size measures 1.64 X 10.37 X 2.65mm. |
