| This three-plates mold, with a mold base P/N DDI3045 709090 and manufactured according to LKM mold standard, is designed with dimensions of 350x450x401mm and weighs 390kg. It has a remarkable tool life of at least 500,000 shots, ensuring long-lasting performance. |
| To enhance the quality of the molded parts, the mold features a side gate, replacing the pin point gate, for improved functionality. The surface finish of the mold is achieved through A surface EDM with VDI24#, resulting in a smoother mold surface and molded parts without flow marks or gas marks. The steel used for the cavity and core is hardened (1*2/S136), ensuring durability and precision. |
