| This three-plates mold, with a mold base P/N FCI3035 609080, is manufactured according to the LKM mold standard. It has a compact size of 350x350x331mm and a net weight of 254kg, making it suitable for various applications. |
| The mold features a pin point gate, which allows for precise control of the injection process. The cavity and core of the mold are made of hardened steel (1*1/S136), ensuring durability and high-quality molded parts. With an injection molding machine tonnage of 110T, this mold is capable of producing parts with excellent precision. |
| To achieve a smooth surface finish, the mold undergoes A surface EDM with VDI27#. Additionally, it is equipped with 4 slides and 1 lifter, enabling complex part designs and efficient production. The injection part, made of PC material, weighs 8.3g and has dimensions of 53.62X8.09X101.85mm. |
