It boasts an SPI-A2 surface finish, a side gate design, and employs 1*4/S136 mold steel for the cavity and core. With its two-plate design, this mold allows for easy degating and is cost-effective. It is compatible with a 100T injection molding machine and ensures stable molding quality, uniform mold walls, high glossiness, a good balance of cavity pressure, and a long tool life for mass production.
