Certain surfaces are polished to MT11010/SPI-A2/SPI-B2 standards, enhancing smoothness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, facilitating the injection molding process. The cavity and core are made of 1*2/S136 mold steel, improving hardness and corrosion resistance, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring continuous mass production. Additionally, the mold utilizes a hot runner system and includes one slide.
