| Introducing our latest mold offering, the LKM standard mold base with the part number CI25 30.50.80.80. This mold boasts dimensions of 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 271mm in height. It comes with an exquisite SPI-A2 surface finish, a side gate design, and utilizes 1*4/S136 mold steel for the cavity and core. With its two-plate design, this mold allows for easy degating and cost-effectiveness. It is best suited for use with a 100T injection molding machine. Our mold ensures consistent molding quality, uniform mold walls, a high-gloss finish, well-balanced cavity pressure, and a prolonged tool life for mass production. The resulting parts exhibit uniform thickness without any flow marks. The material used for the parts is PC, and the mold boasts a tool life of 500k shots. It operates with a cold runner injection/runner type. The part weight is 0.6g, and the part size measures 7.65 X 57.56 X 2.87mm. |
