The mold part is made using an LKM mold base and is designed with a cold runner system. The surface of the mold has an etch of MT11010, and some areas are EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) with VDI27# (Makino) and LKM standard. The mold has a size of 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 429mm in height. It uses a pin point gate for the mold gate. |

The mold has a three-plates structure with a hardened cavity and core made of S136 steel with a hardened surface, having a hardness greater than 600HV. It features 2 slides and 18 lifters.
