| The mold is built on a standard mold base with part number FCI2530.608080, measuring 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 306mm in height. It has a weight of 166kg and a tool life of 500,000 shots. This three-plate mold features a cold runner system and a side gate design, replacing the previous pin point gate. It is designed for easy demolding without the need for post-processing. |
| The cavity and core of the mold are made of hardened steel (1*2/S136). The mold surface can be finished with either MT11010 etching or VDI18# EDM (Makino) for different requirements. |
